I don't think that's all that sad of a song. I don't know why, but it actually just gets on my nerves.

Kind of overdone perhaps, but Angel by Sarah Mclachlan is a pretty sad song.

You can't tell me that Almost Lover by A Fine Frenzy is not a sad song.

Decembers by Hawthorne Heights is pretty depressing, to me. I know how that sounds... Hawthorne Heights and all... but.

Slipped Away by Avril Lavigne is kind of a duh.

I'll Be Seeing You by Billie Holiday is really only depressing to me because it reminds me of my best friend, who's in the air force. I miss him a lot.

"Two Out of Three Ain't Bad"- Meatloaf

That always makes me teary, as does the aforementioned "Last Kiss."
