but seriously wtf is wrong with america in general. everything we do is terrible. we spend the most money on shit and have the worst of it.

Politics and people's opinions. The amount of effort it takes to pass a bill in the Congress, the fact that companies fund political campaigns, the way leaders need to appear to support the majority's stance in spite of how idiotic it is. Things would get done so might faster if the blabbering idiots didn't have a say. That's seeing it in a practical and non-humanitarian sense, of course. But of course, this is what makes America AMERICA.

Don't ask me to quote specific examples, this is just my general idea of things.

No one is ever happy with their government. It's sort of the theme of the plebeians to be unhappy. Just like it's the way of the rich to throw bread and circuses at the little people to distract them from what they are doing. (yes, they throw circuses at us, I've seen it, it's awful you guys, just awful)

Could things be done better here? Yes. Could they be a lot worse? Oh yes.

Also, it's way funnier to blame bush than the black guy.

Though the longer Obama serves his country, the funnier he looks. He went in a dashing man, his hair just keeps getting lighter and lighter. Before he checks out of office he is going to look like Redd Foxx on Sanford and Sons.
