We do sometimes. I rarely have anything good to say about Kirbx, for example, although I wouldn't want him axed, since he's one of the people trying to do something.

There definitely were other members, and probably are some. I myself was recently missing (presumed not interested). And of course there may be some members who turn up but don't say anything because they can't think of anything worth saying, of which I have been one occasionally.
I personally don't think PD is nurturing the young'uns enough. Hardly any of the newbies have been given good rep, and most of them are chased off the site by certain older members before being given a chance to prove themselves. Most of them are annoying, but most of the old members here were annoying to begin with (at least, that's what I keep hearing).
We don't run off new people.
The only people who've ever been "exiled" from PD have typically been long-time members. Or crazy mods.
