Stuck in Seafoam. Please help!

After I get to where Articuno is, I can't find my way out. D:
I'm not able to make sense of the directions in the FireRed/LeafGree walkthrough. Someone, please help me! This happens to me all the time. x.x

Its on either of the water rooms. Just surf around its really not that hard.

Okay, I'll try that.

Okay, I'm only encountering currents that I can't surf through. I need help getting to the boulder that stops the current.

the boulders go down so you much head towards the top rooms with the ladders that go up

you know what just search this up on youtube a video will show you how so much easier
