I tried it once but it didn't seem to run properly on my laptop.

well this is hard.. i keep on trying to make it run.. i deleted No$GBA and installed it again.. but nothing... did many things but nothing succeeded that's why i decide to ask questions to you guys :) pokemon experts..

What you need is an expert with emulators. I suspect the problem is with the emulator rather than the rom.

I'd suggest getting another emulator. I forgot the name of the one I used to use (on my old computer, so I can't check) but it never stuffed up on me for the many many times I used it.
