need help want to get all evoled forms of evee but cant figure out how to get more evee's

any ideas, im new to pokemon so im trying to catch them all

get any evve or eveelution female and breed more evee

how do i get a female all i have is the male u get from bill in soul silver, any were else to get an evee?

breed it with a ditto.
