I though id share it with you.
Humans and chimpanzees are 99% similar.
The diference between men and women is the 23 chromosome or basically 1/46 diference or about 2%.
Men are more similar to male chimpanzees than women.

im sure theyre considering more than chromosomes when theyre talking about a 99% similarity.
A fetus... egg... whatever has the exact same DNA as it's mother before any sperm joins it.
Men add to babies' genes, women create them.
Also this theory is a bit silly...
Though without the men's genes the baby isn't really a baby...
Ehhhh biologyyyyyy
im pretty sure eggs have only half as many chromosomes as we do, as do sperm.
That could be it.
I think I was thinking of something else.
A lot of the information in the last chromosome between men and women is still the same. YOU LOSE.
also a lot of the genes that separate us from the chimps lie in that last chromosome, like controls on how much we grow, hair growth, and sex characteristics.
Cows are more closley related to lungfish than lungfish are to salmon. Does THAT blow your mind Kirby? That 1 or 2% makes a big impact.
Not mine. Bony fish diverged from lung fish like 400 million years ago.
60% of our DNA is like that of a banana!
