I thought this up out of nowhere in the middle of the night and used it on po to see it work most of the time.It sets up a SR and then gets down to 1 HP from sturdy and the berry activates highering it's speed with an attack 10 off from a gyrados's

since when does 327 speed outspeed an opposing lead? any priority attack will destroy it, and it doesn't have the raw power to make use of a full on sweeping identity.

This could surprise quite a few people actually, but I think custap > salac since your not sweeping whole teams, rather set up and hit before dying, rather get that extra turn to do whatever even bypassing priority. Regardless, stone edge or ice shard may be better choices that seed bomb.
