I don't have much power, Im only a mod, but I can temporarily ban people after 3 infractions. At this point I am the only one who does anything to spam bots, and even then they just wait 9 days. A few even try to get tricky and only post 2 spam messages so I can't ban them. Silly bots, I can infract their profile :D.

If I remember correctly, when you started leaving, cosmo was at its prime and spambots were a plenty of PD.
