i've been on a *DIET* (lost about 12 pounds since october) so i havent been cooking anything fancy. but my salmon and pork chops always come out exceptionally good.
people dont know how to cook pork chops because back in the day pork was fucked up and you needed to cook it til like 150 and they were overcooked and disgusting. these days you can cook it to 135 and be just fine, and theyre great.
God loves to pork.
i can make a nice lasagne :D
