Never used one. But I do love heating pads. I have a bad back, shoulder, and neck so I have to use that lol.

Well are you perpetually cold?

no I get hot too easily in bed. I only use it for my muscles. I'm on medication for it and physical therapy soon. gotta get mris done

best time for sleeping is the winter. no one denies that. what i prefer:

that it be cold in the room. 2 light quilt type blankets, with a heavier thick planet over them. i kick the end of the blanket under by feet so my lower legs about halfway up to my knees are like sandwiches in the blanket. only one pillow is usually better. and i can ONLY fall asleep on my back these days, but if i wake up in the middle of the night its best to fall BACK asleep on stomach.

I love curling up beneath a blanket, and I always have at least a thin blanket no matter how hot it gets. I'd find it difficult to sleep without it.. and an extra pillow to hold.

i love heated blankets. i always have one on my bed in case of emergencies

its like having warm snuggles but all over you :3

It's cheaper than putting the heat on, that's for sure.
