Well I think it is already here in another time zone in the Pacific unless we are vain enough to think the Mayans were referring to est. Where the ruins of the Mayans are the time zone is 1 hour behind est so if any time zone counts that seems the most likely.

Give or take a few minutes because the time zone lines are approximates. And again maybe the day starts for the Mayans when the sun rises rather than 12 midnight so there are a lot of factors to consider. All and all we will know for sure by the 23rd.
