Whenever I Break This Whole "Stop Smoking And See How Long Until You Give In" Thing

i could stop smoking indefinitely if i wanted to, i didnt smoke at all for the entire summer. if i have cigarettes i want to smoke them or if im in the habit of buying them regularly i want to continue to. but if i havent had any in a while i dont really get any cravings.

i still dont see the appeal of smoking.

I am more irritable IRL without them and I get cravings A LOT. Granted I have smoked more and longer than you when it comes to tobacco (dicks you have me beat) so I can see why I am inclined to want tobacco more. I feel like I need to go out and smoke for a while now and then and just do it, kind of like an oral fixation thing Freudian style. That being said I think I am going to start to go the cigar route or at least the mini ones for now. I never saw myself as being a life longer smoker and I feel having a cigar every so often during the week is a much more doable thing then cigarettes because cigarettes go bad if you don't smoke them soon enough and are much more addictive so the idea of "only a few" a week sounds impossible or at least painful.

I've been in a steak mood for a while.

I am getting back into steak, last semester I ate burgers, pizza, and sandmiches so its a nice change.

And I used to smoke a pack+ a day a few years back but cut back to what is going on in this thread OP right now.

everyone is shocked that i would have an inclination to stick phallis-like objects in my mouth. but that dogar would is taken as a given.

wow... i'm an army guy and i don't even smoke. it's kinda a signature of a US soldier, they should smoke.. but i don't. i've smoked a few times, but i don't find it appealing in anyway.
but i would go out with friends and smoke cigars, which is different.

but than again, if i drink enough and happen to have a real talk with someone... who happens to smoke as well, i will smoke with them. i'm a social smoker if i get drunk enough... which is rare.

I quit smoking today, my Dad and I quit together. I can't wait to be able to breath and run and snowboard again

I see no difference in my lung capacity etc. and it has been a month almost.

I know I will, I was pretty damn athletic before I started smoking.
