Well, 'staff are right 90% of the time about a matter of PD or how you want to change it, and their opinion is generally final. If you disagree with the ruling, PM the said mod' would be a better rule, but it's still a stupid rule.

- No Fullmetal Alchemist in the Misc since it always turns into a potential flamewar
