How about several groups, each lead by a staff member or higher member (i.e. Devil)

Staff make there own "guild" thread, and you fill out a form, and they can pass/fail your form. A staff member can be in anothers because I know Dogar and Tim will join together
Me and Dogar can't be in the same guild. It would fucking dominate all others to an unfair point.
I don't know how long it's been since me and Dogar really went together and OWNED the forum. Probably not since last Decemberish and before then not since the summer. I am a JAUGERNAUT alone but when we are on fire together we are out of control monsters. It's a phenomenon many newbs have yet to experience.
I wonder which guild i'll join.

Guilds are just groups of people, who are against each other, i dunno, rep, post count, superiority on a board, etc
I know what a guild is - I didn't spend 5 years on Neopets for nothing. But usually guilds are formed of people with similar interests. I repeat, what would the individual guilds represent?

My idea, each of the staff start off with a guild, you get to join them, Tim might have an asian girl lovers thing, Kg might have a ramen guild.
The home is for general chat for the people inside, and they can just talk to each other without anyone else having to see.
