Oh. I've just realised. With the completion of Jumpluff, I've got 10 VPPs, which makes me a VPP master.

EDIT: And Nocturne, I think when we reach Sinnoh, a person should be allowed to claim two legendaries. Because Sinnoh has TOO MANY legends anyway.
N009, you didn't listen. Only VPPs from this region count. You can have the Meganium from being a VPP master, but you can't reserve Celebii until you complete that one.
And I agree on Sinnoh.
Ah well, Yvonne's going to take Celebi easily, I'll just use Girafarig toward Lugia or Entei, no matter...

Sorry, by 'that one' are you refering to Meganium? Because I don't understand. Espeon/ Umbreon count as the pyschic VPP, Jumpluff count a one grass VPP, and Meganium (which I can take for free) is the other grass VPP. :/Quote:

Found it. I made the request on page 18, EF gave me my numbers on page 19. It was the VPP I took the longest completing, because my exam period was just around that time.

Espeon/Umbreon wasn't started in Johto. Thus, you cannot take Celebi yet.
