hes so easy to beat on the Gold and Silver pokemon games, theres far better trainers out there than him, and what about Cynthia?

Ash is the best...he is really confident in his abilities as a trainer and his pokemon trust him...therefore bettering his chances of winning. And another thing is he and his cool pikachu are the two actual main characters that never leave the series.

Reason: AT first she wasn't... good, but after a few contests she's gotten stronger. Also she tied with Ash in a contest and also was the runner up in the Wallace cup. (Plus she's hot :3 )

My second choice would have to be Brock, he's like a Guru.
