Default Hello! - and a few questions

Hey, folks! I just joined the forum. I work in animation, and make my own vinyl toys.

I have few Pokemon questions that I thought people here would know easily.

    1) What's the name of this character? I know it as Bllossem.

    2) What's the Japanese name of the character? I'm assuming that it's named something different overseas.

    3) Has anyone seen the old electronic Tomy toys (like the one above) that came out about thirteen years ago? Is there any place online that still has them for sale? I'm trying to find another Bllossem.

    Please let me know. Thanks!

    Jeff

Would you like pictures of little boys and girls wrapped with that or separately?

Thanks! I appreciate the help. That should make eBay searches a lot more useful!

Thanks! I was surprised to see that the Wikipedia doesn't have a lot of info. The Bulbapedia is quite good, though. I guess most folks make niche-ipedias now... I wonder why?
