Just read other Role Plays that are active, read their plot summaries and posts, their forms and how people RP. Also remember that it is not Pokemon only.

Your plot is scattered and confusing a bit. You pretty much throw people into nothing and expect them to go everywhere without direction. It's very small and simplistic. You also did not give a form, and your form given for your Charmander is severely lacking.
PD is different than other Pokemon forums.

And that's wonderful that you worked so hard on it. You just need to improve your skills a bit. Try researching Plot, Conflict, Theme, Setting and Character. Read some books and find what's so good about your favorites.
People admire and respect their superiors, are repulsed and disgusted by their inferiors, and connect to their equals.
The extreme highs and lows in life get a strong reaction - Yet it the averages in life that most people connect to.
The class system is nothing more then different groups of people grouping with their fellow equals and feeling the sense of separation from their superiors and inferiors.
