Eevee is quite a hard pokemon to evolve so here are all the ways to evolve it that i know about (any more please add); Eevee-give it an Vaporeon-give it a water stone Jolteon- give it a thunder stone Flareon-give it a fire stone Espeon-it needs to be loyal to you during the day (keep battling with it) Umbreon-needs to be loyal to you but during the night (or put it as your 1st party pokemon)
i think there may be a way to evolve Eevee with a moon stone into a Umbreon but i have not tested it yet.
feel free to add any thing you think could help all new trainers on their way!!!!!

Eevee doesn't evolve into Umbreon with a Moon Stone. The requirements are it's happiness be peaked and leveling up during the night, or at the time usually associated with night in R/S/E since they don't graphically depict night time.
