I've got something like 25/20 or something. It lets me see extreme details in things far away and close. The only down side is that it makes my eyes very sensitive to light.

basically the firty number stands for normal vision clarity at twenty feet, and the fsecond number stands for your 20-vision clarirty at whatever distance. so if you have 20/40, that means the clarity of which you see at 40 feet is the same clarity that you should see at twenty feet. Apologies if the explanation is a bit weird.
