Generic academics (Language Arts, Social Studies, Science, Math), French, Physical Education (kinda obvious, if not really a class), and...those are the only set ones. Others variate on an "Integrated Arts" schedule, at least these 6 do;
Music, Art, Drama, Computers, Health, Engineering
Currently in second rotation. Had Music first rotation, now I have Engineering. There are still others that are enrichments. There are a good 30 or so of them, but a student generally only has 4 at a given time. Here are my current 4;
"Science Sleuths", Chess, Open Studio Art, Math Extentions
Which are all pretty good classes, imo. Believe me; it's not as complicated as it looks.

I've got to choose my next year options. The NCEA exams start next year so a lot of pressure. And I hope it's simpler, because it sure sounds complicated. I thought middle school'd be easier, school's simple now, but next year onwards it gets a lot worse. Actually, this year has been very different because only in high school does your day get split up into the periods. Before you had one class, one teacher and you'd do subjects practically randomly. We now have 6 periods per day. If I can dig out some pics I took a while back...
BTW college is a synonym for high school here, doesn't make much sense.
