Well Ill say Magikarp is definetly first because even his Pokedex entry critisizes him, then Feebas cuz everyone thinks its ugly. But no Pokemon is horrible, you just gotta evolve it or whatever. Pikachu is my least favorite ( no offense to the 1,000 people on this forum that like it) because that butthole ash uses it.
I just wanted it to sound wise.
Magikarp, you can't even get good experience points from battling them! But it does evolve into Gyarados.
I'm surprised you didn't put Wynaut and Wobbafett (sp?) up there.
They exasperate me.
I got a Wynaut in an egg from a woman at the springs in Sapphire. It trained it to level 29 and it still would learn any new moves.
Can't remember if I tried to teach it TM moves and if they were succesful.
Does it get any better when it evolves?

It only know mirror coat,destiny bond,counter,and reflect.They are good if you use them correctly.

For example latia and latios run away from trainers and wobbafett's trait is shadow tag which makes the pokemon not able to escape.

Oddish is an amazing pokemon, my third favorite but people think it's weak.
Magigarp rock hard to train as it only knows splash (which takes of nothing) tackel and flail, probably worth it though, when you get gyrados

It's has longly-criticized for being a "stereotypical racial reference." Hell, even NoA had to change it's colors.
Oddish is rock-hard to train.

iono what you mean by criticized, but if you mean most useless I'd say the Hoppip in the old GSC games and Abra. I mean, Magikarp can at least use Tackle. Hoppip only knows Splash, and Abra Teleport. No physical attacks. (Dunno Feebas' moveset, so not sure about that.)

I'm surprised someone actually brought up Abra, because most people just think "Alakazam is awesome...who cares about Abra" but they can't seem to get over Magikarp even with Gyarados being a great pokemon, atleast you can get magikarp to learn an attack move, sure it's hard to do, but atleast it's possible. If you were stuck with an Abra all you would do is run away from everything.but if you mean most useless I'd say the Hoppip in the old GSC games and Abra.
