devil SHOULD be the best mod ever, but he doesn't post enough to do much with it. kg and fullmetal and by far the top 2 because back in the glory days they would just do exactly what i told them to, they were like my military so to speak. xion is a great mod now, but his record is horrendously tainted by his first year or so in office. eve also doesnt do any modding, not to hold that against her, she isnt supposed to. pikatwo's ok i guess. lm needs to be on there for actually never taking action against me and dogar when we first joined even though she used to be all over ta and rc, plus for unbanning me all those times celebi tried to ban me.

I would have Xion higher based on his recent merrits, but his old record bumps him down to 3. I could keep Devil at 1 based alone on the whole "Making stupid people disappear thing" and some other classic stuff he's done lately. Eve hasn't done much, but what she has done has been good, she's fair. She's done some hilarious stuff too. And Pikatwo lays it down, he's just inactive. And yeah, I guess LM does deserve a spot, It'd be kinda nice to see her come back someday too
