DVD Question: Johto League Champions

Er, this is kind of specific-

There are seven DVD volumes of Johto League Champions, but all I've ever been able to find online to buy are volumes one, then three through seven. Volume 2 is advertised out there, but the picture and item description are for volume one!

Does anyone HAVE volume 2? I wonder if it actually exists!
