Well there is a lot of debate about much of the origins of American natives and their blood lines. I haven't researched much on it to be completely honest with you but it's most likely the case.

heh... Dogar is cute, but too thin for the type of guys I go for.
If you want to build muscle you also have to change your diet that contain higher amounts of protein (obviously) and do slow repetitions at a weight where you cannot exceed more then 8 reps in a row.
