The reactions from my family and friends has been mixed. I wanna know what you all think of having stuff pierced in general.

I have nothing against piercings, but when people get older it just makes them seem like teases, like they're not serious about whatever they do and stuff.

I don't think I'll ever get any other piercings, but I do want a tattoo somewhere.

I think on a girl, a traditional ear piercing can look good, but beyond that, not really. Although those nose piercings with the really tiny silver dud on the outside of the nostril doesn't look half bad.

Piercings suck, they're horrible and unattractive and the only place that should ever, ever be pierced is the ear, never the navel or nose or whatever else.

I like tattoos though.

noserings only truly work on about 20% of the population. eyebrow rings are meh, i do like ear cartilage piercing, but only if you dont have a ton of other ones on your ear. too much ear piercing is gross. normal ear piercing, sure, whatever. i got my ears pierced but i never wear earrings because its too much work. navel only works on a few people as well, most people end up looking fatter than they are, slutty, or both.

Nose rings dont necesarily ONLY look good on Indians, Indians were the first to create piercings doesnt mean theyre the only ones who have them done obviously.
Nose rings suit certain people, I'd personally never get it done cause it would make me look WAYY TOO INDIAN ._.

tongue rings, they are awful on about 98% of occasions
girls having earrings are fine as long as they're not big
guys have earrings are not TOO bad but definitely frowned upon

My mum would never get a tattoo but she'd be okay with me getting one on my lower back. The rest of my family would greatly disapprove though.
I don't mind tattoos, I just dont like when its excessive and I tihnk that one should only get a tattoo if they have a good reason behind it. And if they're truly willing to live with it forever.
I wouldn't mind a small one ^^

Piercing are pretty freaking awesome, especially if you're original with what you get. I know a guy who has the skin down his spine pierced so it looks like he has pins popping out. He also has his dick pierced which, while probably a fucking bitch to get, adds more awesome points than I can count. He did it twice too. Eyebrow rings I like, nose rings are sweet, earrings can be coom, but they need to be original and numerous.

You can't use percentages when you're talking about opinions....

I like piercing if the person knows what's going to look good on them. A very cute girl with her septum pierced or a little stud in the nose, mmm. I'm also a fan of pierced pouty lips. Nipple piercings are good, too. It's really all about the person's body part and the jewelery they put in it.

Maybe in the U.S, but I refuse to give into those ridiculous terms, I think lower back tattoos are hawt ;D

Piercings really all depend on a persons face. Certain faces do well with different piercings and fortunately most piercings close up when you decide you do not want them anymore.

I do not think older people do well with facial piercings other than earrings.

I definitely DO NOT suggest getting your ears gauged. From people that I know personally that have them, regret it.

I remember hearing about that all the time when I was a little kid. I don't think it holds true anymore, though.
