A flaw in English law
You can only be convicted of theft if you are not intending to give it back, so you could just steal something and give it back in a week or so without being convicted of theft, like if someone's on holiday or something. Or, keep a diary that you intend law enforcement agencies to see, and write entries saying, 'Dear diary, I just stole some boots. I will give them back in a week'.
Law hacking skills, jealous?

Actually, keeping a diary could be a great way of not being convicted, as you can basically address your own consciousness and free yourself of the actus rea.

If I steal from rich faggots who don't use most of their stuff, it's okay I'd say. Steal from the bad guys.

That wouldn't even be considered theft. Then, it's borrowing, even without permission. It's still borrowing.
Personally, I think you shouldn't even still from rich people. Who knows if they earned it by working hard or not. You don't. So it's unfair. If you want nice things, get a good job.

Not even that. Rich people are innocent and poor people are guilty because the former can afford wonderful lawyers and bribe Juries!
I live. I love. I kill. I catch Pokemons. I am content.

Just be a man and steal it without a diary
What are they gonna do, throw you in jail and give you a place to live?

I've always questioned morality, though. Stealing from a drug dealer should be okay. He has sold cannabis and horse tranquilizers all his life illegally, shouldn't you take justice in to your own hands and steal his stuff for your personal use?
-
Or just beat his bitch ass then take his money
-
i strongly support stealing from rich people

I would never steal, but at the same time niggas don't steal shit from me cause I'm 'bout dat ass beating.
