Before You Choose Your Superpower Here Are The Ground Rules
1. You are the only person in the world who is allowed to have this ability. No one else has your super power; you are one of a kind.

2. If you choose flight, you can fly up to speeds of 1,000 mph. You can either have wings that stand out separate from your body or choose to have no wings at all. (Think superman's flight ability.) You can fly at any altitude and withstand any atmospheric pressure.

3. If you choose invisibility you can turn your clothes invisible when you fade. (This prevents you from running around naked everywhere.) You do not have an external item that turns you invisible; you turn yourself invisible as a natural ability. You will always know how to change yourself invisible and visible again; it's embedded into your very psyche.

4. You cannot have both powers! It's either one or the other.

Flight

I already know what it's like to be invisible by hiding in shadows and sneaking up on my family. I've never felt true flight though. A plane just doesn't cut it.

Invisibility is acheveable though practice, and there are pleanty of machines that fly

Both powers aren't very useful really, although flight is much more Enviornmentally friendly, though the effect of having one person flying in the entire world wouldn't take any planes out of the sky so it would have no effect on anything, so basically it makes no difference

I think if I really had to choose, I would take invisibility, simply because I could disappear from the sights of nay cross hairs of people trying to kill a mutant like me. Flight may seem useful at first, but you could always use a plane, and even if you could fly you would probably die from hypothermia.

In an airplane you can go 500 mph, if you run toward the front of the plane you can go 505mph and if you run toward the back you can reduce the speed to 495mph. FACT.

Invisibility's totally overrated. I mean, if you could hide from all the senses completely, I might reconsider, but even with the whole "being able to turn clothes and other objects invisible" throw-in, it's only benefit is when you're in the company of fairly inept people.

Floors would still creak, you'd leave tracks, it's useless in the dark, fog, rain, crowds, bright lights could potentially blind you, and it wouldn't do shit to stop an attack dog. Attack dogs wait their whole lives to catch an invisible intruder. It's like their ultimate fantasy.

Invisibility's not even on my top ten list of powers I wish I had. Hell, if I could only choose one of THE INVISIBLE WOMAN'S powers, I'd pick forcefields over invisibility.

I sneak up on people being VISIBLE all the time. My aunt used to threaten to make me go belled like a cat so she could hear me coming... So I think I could be pretty damn stealthy invisible.

Yeah, me too actually. I often sneak up on people completely unintentionally. Back when I worked at the library, there was this chick named Kathy who I could stomp up behind, and she'd be completely shocked when she'd turn around to see me standing there.

I think I'd be pretty damn stealthy just floating up behind people or gliding along the ceiling.

As for my real answer, I'd say fuck both of those abilities and go for super strength and limited invulnerability, super speed and Agility, or the ability to throw fireballs, Super Mario style

Re-read the terms, dude. With Flight, you get supersPeed too. Even if it's an inch off the ground, you get to move at A THOUSAND MILES PER HOUR.

Floating is overrated

And with super agility one has the ability to do cool acrobatic stuff easily, and with super speed of everything, that includes like being about to see bullets moving and be able to react to avoid and dodge them or being able to react to generally fast moving things and be quicker.

Like slowing down time? True. The downside of supersPeed without an accelerated sense of reaction is if you're moving at 700mph and slip on a banana peel, you're kind of screwed. Also, you'd require some durability since it's the equivalent of having the biggest fan on Earth blow dust into your face as your standing still.

But even if these are overlooked in the flight throw-ins, I'll just put together a durable costume. A small price to pay for never having to book a fucking flight again.

Well that's what I was saying, having the accelerated sense of reaction is the kind of superspeed I mean, not just running fast, that by itself is lame, all the other physical evalution needs to come along with it. Like being able to do other quick badass fighting stuff with awesome aerial acrobatic fighting bullshit and such

Although not having to worry about falling ever again for someone who has a fear of heights would be nice
