You can't catch then in the wild, you have to evolve Trapinch and Bagon up.
Trapinch= Desert
Bagon= Deep in Meteor Falls (harder to find)

to get bagonu have to have surf and waterfall and then go up the waterfull and theres a tm called dragon claw and then on that spot is a bagon

In case you found it to hard. Just try to go north. When you meet a trainer named Dragon Tamer Nicholas go down from the edge take the 'leftest' side and be careful don't jump the last ridge. Then You'll find a ladder keep going north and you'll gonna see what Pkmnpearl said.
