    Can any one tell me how to get an AZUMARILL in sapphire??

    Find a Marill (I don't know if they're in Sapphire, in Emerald they're on the route west of Petalburg) and level it up.

    There are tons of Marill in the pond to the west of Mauville and east of Verdanturf. Surf in there. Don't fish, because all you'll get are pesky Corphish.

    Just by evolution. Marill are in Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, and LeafGreen. Common in many places, too. For the exact places though, you should buy a guidebook (I have one for every game except Emerald!)
