Devil was getting pissed because of the misuse of apostrophes. So, to educate you on grammar even though mine isn't perfect (it could be but i'm way too lazy) here are the only cases an apostrophe is used. These aren't text book definitions, they're just ones in my own words.
1) To take the place of letters in a word, or to combine a word with a common word to make it faster to say. For example: would've is would have, but the apostrophe combines the 2 words and takes off the first half of the word have.
2) The second, and the one most people forget is this one and there is much confusion to it. In this example, an apostrophe shows possession. Example: A man's coat. Example: Someone's car.
This in no way means that everyone should use an apostrophe perfectly, because next to no one is perfect on grammar all the time. Also i usually just say that if people can understand what you're saying without the proper grammar then your mission is accomplished. Some would argue back that it shows a lack of intelligence to do so, but that's something else entirely.
