Yeah, but what I'm saying is, on the individual level, your achievements should be gauged solely on the difficulty of the task at hand. In a perfect world, this would be the same among all races, unfortunately, in certain situations, such as democracies, the minority will be at a disadvantage. However, the "minority" should not be gauged by race, but by personal beliefs.

Obviously you haven't done even the most cursory of searches and must take the statisticians for idiots. They tested the various socioeconomic levels as well, and the results showed asians did noticeably better than whites who did noticeably better than blacks in the same income bracket from similar backgrounds. If anything the MAG is slanted not towards whites but towards those of asian decent.
