    Question Weird Platinum Occurances...

    For some reason when I surf in water inside victory road I get attcked by wild pokemon even though I use max repel. It only happens when i am surfing inside victory road and its only one pokemon that comes up, a level 50 floatzel. Is this a glitch in the game? No other pokemon appear...
