Friend wants to know how rare this card is
My friends 8 year old brother recently got a shiny palkia with some team galactic thing on it.
He wants to know how rare it is, can you help?
(I have pretty much no idea about pokemon cards, I can only remember laughing at the morons who got into fights over people stealing them at primary school.)

It is also holofoil.
It's pretty rare, but not the rarest Palkia card. That's Palkia G while the rarest Palkia card is Palkia G Lv.X.
