    Just out of curiosity, is Rotom considered a legendary/uber for online battles?

    No for 2 reasons
    1. His stats are too low for that and even his alternate forms which have slightly higher stats are not allowed on wifi (aloung with alternate shaymin anf giratina)
    2. Even know he is found like a legend you can go to the old chatue every night and find a new one
