I saw a clip of the new series on youtube in which Ash has a Turtwig starter thingy....so one of the predictions have been realised.
Everything you listed, plus:
- He'll have to dress in drag to get into some random gym (Ala "Pokemon Scent-sation(sp?)"
- His cap will be stolen
- He'll break some girl's bike
- Team Rocket will still attempt to steal his Pikachu
- He and Dawn will both get pwned by Crystal and myself (Sorry Ash, but your Bulbasaur and Dawn's Chimchar are no match for my Arcanine and Crystal's Ferlagator!)

Pikachu does wreak Hikari's bike. That happened when Team Rocket was attempting to steal Pikachu. And I'm pretty sure Aipom'll steal his hat, but he'll get it back.
Pikachu will accidently run into a Thunder stone and evolve while Ash isn't looking.
He will think he's let Pikachu slip through his fingers (AGAIN!!!!)
and when Raichu comes near he'll kick it to kingdom come and begin on a never ending quest to find Pikachu....only this time he won't get him back!
Mwah ha ha! And will go around stealing other people's Pikachus and be imprisoned.
