No, you have a few people that just want to use the board to draw and not talk. Most drawing board users though just talk like you would in a forum. You have some people that are serious, some that are roleplaying, and some that just spam and cause problems.
Only once in a blue moon would anyone talk about a picture and that is only if someone was drawing something really amazing.

There are not avatars though not even an account that you have. You just go there write anyname and talk. Refresh the page and every thing is gone.

I miss all my friends who don't come on anymore.
Though me and EM had our time with it; as did me and Mario. Me and Mario made quite a team drawing pics and enjoying ourselves.
And I'm not gonna use proper grammar because I'm tired...
Well at least you can still see Mario through Groovy.
Maybe it just seems to me that there is nothing kept it seems kinda like a chatroom and I was never into those.
