    1. That is not a sprite.
    2. Saved as a jpg.
    3. You have to take the colors directly from the Turtwig sprite, using the color taking tool.

    jpg. files create artifacts, which ruin the quality of the sprite as a whole.
    Examples:
    Ruins the colors.
    Blurs the borders.
