On a related note... Did I already tell this story?
A few weeks ago I took my dog out to go potty, and my black neighbor I am friendly with was out on her patio talking on her phone. I said to my dog, "Good boy! You went potty outside!"
She said (into the phone) "Thats just my white neighbor talking to her DOG! I KNOW! White people is so crazy!"
I just sort of laughed it off, but THAT was racist!!!
Our kids play together, and her kids are just great. I really don't get that comment coming from her. Granted, I am practically the only speck of salt in the peppa in my neighborhood... BUT STILL.

They also believe that their dogs share similar tastes in food – “Little Ben Kweller likes the Organic food the best.” Forgetting the fact that dogs enjoy eating their own feces, and pretty much anything that falls onto the floor.
When searching for homes, many white people will require large yards so that their “dog can run around.” If you work in real estate, this can be exploited for large markups when selling to white people.
It is also a proven fact, that dogs are often used by white people to attract members of the opposite sex. Bringing a puppy or dog to a local dog park, will encourage interaction and conversation. Even more so than a Mac Laptop.
If white people are ever talking about their dogs, it is essential that you reassure them that their dogs are absolutely special and unique. That they are being properly cared for, and that treating like children is the only way to care for a pet. Under no circumstance EVER should you say anything that is derogatory towards dogs, critical of spoiling dogs, or that they are not full members of society who deserve the same rights as humans. Doing any of these three things will completely destroy all relationships you might have had with a white person.

Simply put, selecting candidates in favour of their race can prevent better qualified candidates getting the job, which is unfair.
we are talking about POLITICAL CORRECTNESS right now the editor. the social concept rather than a concrete policy of quotas and selective preferences.
besides that is largely a racist myth, in america at least federal guidelines prohibit supplanting race preferences for qualifications in hiring practices. race preference is to be used as a "tie breaker" of sorts when all/most other considerations are equal.

In Britain things are slightly different. The government requires companies to hire a minimum percentage of employees from a minority background, even if they have lower qualifications.

but of course we know capitalism has produced more murderous and oppressive regimes than communism. especially considering the communist regimes' death numbers are heavily inflated.
so, in conclusion, communism is the best.
Don't get me wrong, I think communism is a great idea. It just doesn't work because humans are selfish.
