Easier way to catch Mewtwo

Speaking of my beloved mewtwo my little cousin just stole mine while I was asleep. He migrated it to diamond. Can I get it back?

Fire Red?
If that's so, then it's impossible to get it back.
Once a Pokemon is migrated to 4th gen game, it's stuck there forever.
It can be traded to other 4th gen games but back to a 3rd gen, is impossible.
Now all I can give as a tip is..: "You have unlocked a new ability! You may now strangle your little cousin to death!"

I caught mewtwo in a pokeball, took me 13 tries, it just ended up beating the shit out of itself with struggle before i could hit it with spore, fuck you smeargle for being slow as dirt.
