History: His family raised him in the mountains, where he trained to be a Dragoon like all his ancestors before him. After he slayed his first dragon he set off to Grazton, where he expects to start or join a clan.
I always loved FF Tactics Advance, but this seems like it will be shortlived. Still, posthold.

The mechanics of the game aren't too important to know, as I don't think it will be actually involved too much. Just fighting, although fun at first, gets very boring after a while and leads to god-moding. Since Jason used the FFA 2 website, I'm assuming we'll be working with that version instead, so here's a good class summary for each one:

I think I'm gonna do missions that are more than just fighting.

I guess you can take some attributes of other classes.
What I mean is that in FFTA2 you have 4 ability slots: two action, one reaction and one passive. The first action is for class abilities, but the second action is for abilities from any other class you have experience in (for example, my red mage has fencing as her secondary action). Can we do that here as well?

We will use the most updated set of rules, A2. So Ed, yes, you can keep abilities from previous classes.
