    Default Yu-Gi-Oh 2010

I've been out of the dueling loop for the past 2 years and want to know what are all the latest decks and combos these young whipper snappers are using. As much as I love my Harpie Deck the dueling world can change in a blink of an eye. So please my young dualists update an old Duelist Kingdom Champion.

Last time I checked the strongest cards of my day were weak in a few years. Today I can't imagine what crap they pulled out of there asses that stronger than the $50 each egyptian gods.

You have to talk to pokegun about that, he's the expert that got me back into it.

I just want to know if anything is decent enough to put a dent in my Harpie deck which is mostly winged beasts.

You might want to check out some of the Blackwing cards. I personally never pay any attention to 'em when I get them in a booster, but some of them appear to have good effects; it's one of those sets of cards that work all together. So far I think I've run across....7-8 different ones. I couldn't tell you which series they're in though, but I'll check when I get home.

But a looooooot has changed in this new series of monsters. One big thing is the new Synchro Monsters, which are summoned basically like a Ritual Monster, except you have to have a Tuner monster and the monster you tribute have to add up to the exact level of the Synchro monster. And some Synchro monsters require specific Tuners, which are usually harder to come by than the Synchro monsters themselves. Lets see, you've also got Gemini Monsters, which can be normal summoned and then summoned again to activate their effect, Gladiator Monsters, which are also a set that work together with different abilities (I never really looked into them), and counter Counter Trap cards.

For the most part though, its basically all the same, its just a lot of the monsters you'll find these days have some sort of effect. I rarely come across a normal monster in boosters anymore.

I love the normal monsters. They're so silly. And I prob. would personally stay away from the sunchro monsters for the fact that they seem like to much chance and work. I like a summon and fucked in the brains strad.

Nah, it seems like they are, but with your cards it would work out nicely since most of the Harpy Ladies are low leveled to begin with. If you want to get back into the new Duel Circle, go buy a couple new boosters and check 'em out. I can guarantee you'll find at least a few cards you'll like. Or you could buy a themed Starter Deck and modify it. That's what I've done with my Spellcaster deck.

Right now there is a SHIT LOAD to cove so I will just start out with the structure decks right now they are all good 30 dollars will give you a good deck right of the bat that's what I do with most of them.

Those are the best ones and the new ones actually what does your deck look like now post the whole thing.

HELL NO! Pokegun, you're asking me to post the contents of a deck that has a 90% win ratio that stomps decks people invested hundreds of dollars into AND ALL my cards are legal on the Advanced ban list. I have battled extensively with a cyber deck with all the pricey cards that goes into a cyber deck and allowed the dueler to have all 3 cyber dragons in his deck too and STILL one 9/10 times. Kids LITERALLY build decks specifically to beat my Harpie deck and RARELY win a match let alone a duel.

I will say this though, my Harpie deck is a modified Harpie structure deck with curtain cards that you wouldn't even THINK of putting into the deck to make it better. I will tell you this, I have 3 Harpie 1's and 3 Harpie Queens. I DO need a mirror force but that's the only card any moderate duelist ever says he "needs." I'm sure I could modify it a little better but I haven't had the time to really research it. The ONLY deck weakness is like all deck weaknesses are and that's "out of play." So in other words a D.D. deck is it's "worse foe" but it's still not that hard to take down a D.D. deck. And lets face it, tournament D.D. decks are so 2004. But a Harpie deck, now THAT would be an amazing win in the Yu-Gi-Oh realm. I can see what my news interview will be like when I win the championship, "What can I say, I like the bitchs." haha

Is there ANY way you and me could duel Pokegun, phone, webcam ect? I want to prove to you it's a deck NOT to tango with.

Ahaha, a phone duel....that's hilarious. Its like phone sex, but with more action? XD

And yeah, my deck is just a slightly modified Spellcaster's Command Deck. And by modify, I mean I took some of the best cards from the Spellcaster Deck I was using already and worked 'em in. My husband also just gave me a Rise of the Dragon Lords Structure Deck yesterday, so I'm going to modify/combine that with the Dragon Deck I'm already running.

Me and God do it all the time over the phone. But legit, we should duel webcam or thread style. The only prob will be is activating a trap card. It's like every phase from standby to end you will have to post and wait for the other person to post back. that's over 12 posts per turn.

Webcam sounds a whooooole lot easier, as you can see (and sometimes hear if you're webcam is spiffy and includes a microphone) what the other person is doing.

We should webcam duel some weekend. I can finally show you that I can kick the butt off your Harpie Deck with my Spellcasters
