It takes into account his join date and number of posts, not literally how much he usually posts in a day.
That's why Eve at one point had like 100+ posts average at one point.
Gods join date is accurate I believe. Although maybe problems have occured because its before this pd was even made.
There was a point in 2005 where PD glitched up and forced some people to create new accounts because they were under the age of 13.

You'd think 23.54 would be a bit of a clue that the number isn't representative of the "normal" number of posts per day in the last week or so...

I think when the law changed,I'd just had my thirteenth birthday or whatever. I remember being very relieved.
