i am currently training a poke to be a physical sweeper in hg but the poke i use to raise attack, machoke, are few and far between. Anyone know any other pokes that raise attack that are more common?

Goldeen/Seaking.. That's how I trained my Infernape's EVs.

100% spawn by surfing on route 42.
They're around level 10-25.
