I've come to notice many of the old writers and figure heads like Gandhi ect. are highly overrated and I think people like saying they agree with them or read and liked them because they want to be "cool" hippy liberal fuckin' idiots. Fuckin' college rich kids.

There are some beyond weird ideas in the original communism. Such as the idea of rotating jobs so that every one will have the "hard job" at some point. Problem is not every hill billy farmer can be a doctor and not every Yale professor can lift crates in a storage housing.

The old ways of syaing things are articulate, and maybe more intellectual then they are now. But they're also mind-numbingly boring. The drawn-out snetences, the vague wording and then the excessively specific wording. I kind of just zone-out after a while. There is no slang, which doesn't sound too bad. But it gets incredibly monotonous because of this. For the writing to be capotivating at all the content has to be pretty damn impressive, and I don't think economics hold that special excitement.
