SS team help!

So last night i left my SS sitting on my chair on the start screen, so my baby cousin picked it up, and by some miracle of god, deletes my save with like 90 hours on it *Super Sad Face*. So I'm making a new team, and I have a few issues. Heres my future team with my conflicts on a few guys:

Miltank or Tauros? A tank and a effective combat clinic (milk drink outa battle, heal bell) or a slightly more powerful attacker

Magmar or Ninetales

Pinsir or Heracross or Scizor

Quagsire

Jolteon or Raichu (the pikachus from the pokewalker are the ones ill be using)

and Machamp or wait for the Tyrouge family of evolutions

It depends on what kind of team you want.

Kind of a defensive team with some speedy sweepers, and fast stuff. Any new suggestions mabye?

I'd take Heracross over the other bugs (and now I want one for my Sapphire team >_<), but that might be silly if you're taking a second fighting type.

I'd say miltank, Ninetails, and Riachu, but i'm not Sure about Scizor and the other bugs. I like scizor,best, but it has a double weakness to fire.
