Where to train my Skarmory?

Well i recently go back to playing my soul silver, and i decided to dump my scizor, who was pissing me off recently, and get a skarmory, I just entered black thorn city and my pokemon are around the 35-38 range, so any ideas where to train my new LV 27 Skarmory?? Preferably somewhere that gives out a bunch of EXP since Skarmory takes forever to level

Have you tried taking your pants off?

Failing that, I recommend getting a traded Skarmory because they level much faster.

Or you give it a lucky egg.

Dark Cave might be a good place to train.

Where can i get a lucky egg in game? On chansey i suppose, but arent they super rare in SS?

DX And they have a 5% chance to find a lucky egg? (googled it) i guess ill just stick with it taking forever to level up. =/

I got a lucky egg in my SS, didn't take much longer than 10-15 minutes to get it.
I stole it from a wild chansey with Thief.

The only places you can find Chansey are the Safari Zone and Kanto, though. If Sage has only just reached Blackthorn his only option would be to head back to the Safari Zone and spend a lot of money catching them.

Oh, yeah.. Good point, for some reason I thought they appeared somewhere in Johto outside of the Safari Zone..

Meh, i just exp shared it, went to some areas i planned on exploring earlier ( Mt.Mortar with my new Waterfall HM, deeper into Union cave). I made it to the E4, my pokemon are about 38-41. What level should i train them around, i think my highest will be Skarmory at lv 45 so it learns night slash. Thoughts?
