Sorry, but no. You can always use a gameshark/Action Replay/ "Cheating device" to get Mew on FireRed. There isn't a known cheat as of yet.

Mew is better them mewtwo for it can learn any move. I do not know how well P.D. but their is an unspoken rule: do not diss a poke just because you do not like it personaly

Yeah, uh, that rule doesn't exist here. And being able to learn any move doesn't make you the best, because that would make Smeargle the best pokemon ever.

I did not say it was the best i just said it was better then mewtwo, which is true because mewtwos psychic attacks would not effect mew much where as mew can learn dark type moves which would decimate mewtwo.

Mewtwo can learn Shadow Ball by TM30.

Mewtwo actually has a srazy high sp attack to boot aswell. Mew only has 100 all around stats which are horrible in ubers. Infact it Darkia and deoxy-normal are the least used ubers ever. They are just outclassed by everything but sadly they break the OU metagame. So in uber they stay.
