    Question Fire red Tauros

    So, I was trying to make my team and I wanted to include Tauros, but the only way i'll take him is if he can learn fissure or any other OHKO moves. Is there any way that he can learn it? I use vba so i wouldn't mind using gameshark/ codebreaker for that purpose.

    Cause there isn't a tm for it.

    And on bulbapedia it doesn't say he learns any moves from breeding
